The research and development of Cheng Yi Pharma mainly focuses on nucleic acids and related antiviral pharmaceutical active ingredients. The research teams are led by highly qualified and well experienced Ph. D. research chemists and chemical engineers. The team have developed a series of nucleic acids and related compounds that cover a wide range of carbohydrates, nucleosides and its analogues. Cheng Yi Pharma has creatively realized large-scale chemical synthesis of nucleic acids and its derivatives, which offers a reliable large-scale supply base for the research and development of new generation drugs based on nucleic acids.

We have research institute and pilot plant used for new process introduction and process improvement. We also have research collaborations with Universities and research academies in Shanghai , Tianjin , Hangzhou , Nanjing and Wu Xi, focusing on research of formulations, APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates. Meanwhile, we have some intellectual property rights, e.g. the process patent for 2,6-dichloropurine.

Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will keep on bearing in mind of the mission to contribute to the development of pharmaceutical industry with other craft brothers.
